Here are our Policies

Most of our products ship within one or two business days after receipt of your order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Tax Information - There is NO SALES tax on purchases outside of Minnesota.

You will not be charged the MN sales tax. We pay the Minnesota sales tax for you. We are a Minnesota Corporation.

Returns and Refunds - We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date that the order was received. You will need to send an e-mail to Service or call us at 800-868-0964 for instructions. You will need a return authorization number.

Please read our Return Policy. Some products may not be returned. Others may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item, we pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you, and we pay the cost of returning the defective. In rare instances, replacement may not be possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event, we will offer a refund or substitute.

Exchanges - If you are not satisfied with a product, we will happily exchange it for another of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.

Problems after 30 Days - All merchandise we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer, or we will do it for you so you are satisfied with your purchase. Just call 800-868-0964 or e-mail us at Service.
